Facility
Bedoya Training Stables is located in a gated community in Magnolia, Texas on 10 acres. Our facility is convenient to the Woodlands and Houston. We have a 14 stall customer barn and an 8 stall sales horse barn. Our riding arena is 150ft x 220ft with Premier Equestrian footing that is maintained daily and has show quality jumps. We also have a round pen with the same footing, and a new covered 6 horse walker. There is also the option to flat on our front field for a change of scenery. Horses stabled at BTS enjoy daily turn out in one of our 8 paddocks and access to the walker as needed. Our two tack rooms are climate controlled and we allow tack trunks in barn colors to be in the barn aisle. There is a comfortable shaded seating area with a view of the arena and paddocks.
Our staff of trainers and grooms live onsite, so horses are always monitored. All stalls include rubber mats, high velocity fans, and windows with yokes. Our staff feed up to 3x per day Purina feeds and Coastal or Timothy hay. Our package pricing also includes daily Excel Supplements Omega Oil for each horse. We are happy to feed any additional owner provided supplements.
Our gated community offers a relaxing 35 minute trail ride for exercise outside of the arena, which many of our horses enjoy.
Board/Training Package
BTS offers a full board and training package. This includes all boarding costs for your horse (included but not limited to: stall, feed, shavings, hay, turn out, feeding and stall cleaning) as well as training costs (grooming/care, lessons, training rides).
Our staff provide tack up services and all care of your horse after your ride. We offer lessons/training rides from Tuesday to Sunday. Our package is all inclusive, even if you are not having a “formal” lesson we are always there to offer pointers and assist with flat work and have daily exercises set up for everyone to work through on non jumping days. Our horses typically jump 2-3 times per week and we emphasize flat and pole work in between. Lessons over fences are all taught individually. We understand that not all horses and riders are the same, and are able to tailor a weekly schedule that is suitable to each individual. Each horse has a weekly schedule with a combination of training rides, lunging, and lessons suitable to them.
